In consideration of you accepting this entry, I hereby for myself and my heirs, executors, or administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against The Nilito Carlino Foundation, it’s officers, directors and members of the Foundation’s Committee, the Town of Attleboro, any sponsors, all race officials and volunteers and any other individuals or organizations associated with this event, for any death, personal injury, property damage or other damage or claim arising from, or relating to my participation in this event.
